All Glaciers with Perito Moreno Glacier

Departing from Punta Bandera Port, 47 km from El Calafate, we start the navigation through the North Arm of Lake Argentino. We cross the Devil’s Mouth towards the Upsala channel to navigate among the large ice blocks that break off from the front of Upsala Glacier. Then, we enter the Spegazzini Channel and, moments later, we will have the first view of the Dry Glacier. We continue navigating to the front of the Spegazzini Glacier, where we will also admire the Heim South and Peineta glaciers.

La Base Spegazzini: Departing from Punta Bandera Port, located 47 km from El Calafate, you will embark on a navigation through the North Arm of Lake Argentino. We cross the Devil’s Mouth towards the Upsala channel to navigate among the large ice blocks that break off from the Upsala Glacier. Then, we enter the Spegazzini Channel, where we will have the first view of the Dry Glacier. The tour continues to the Spegazzini Glacier, where it is also possible to admire the Heim South and Peineta glaciers.

Spegazzini Trail and Refuge: Upon disembarking at the Spegazzini Base, you will follow a 300-meter path through the forest to the Spegazzini Refuge. This trail is accessible and offers stops at stations and viewpoints with views of the entire Bay of Glaciers. At the Refuge, you can have lunch, visit the shop, or simply enjoy the scenery. For hiking enthusiasts, there is also a medium-difficulty trail through the mountain, with natural viewpoints and incredible views, ending at the disembarkation point.

Perito Moreno Glacier: After returning to Punta Bandera Port, you will head to the Perito Moreno Glacier. There, you can observe the vastness of the glacier from the walkways. The return to El Calafate will be by land, approximately at 8 PM.

Captain’s Club (Optional): For an even more exclusive experience, you can opt for the Captain’s Club optional service. Enjoy a preferential location, exclusive attention from hosts and bilingual guides (Spanish/English) throughout the tour. The package includes lunch (appetizer, main course, and dessert), open bar of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and coffee, all offered at the Spegazzini Refuge.
